Oysters and Fish
The purpose of the August 2024 meeting was to discuss and share updates on GTMNERR oyster research and monitoring efforts, identify knowledge and data gaps, prioritize efforts, and identify next steps in oyster monitoring within Northeast Florida, share observations of mangrove-oyster reef dynamics and discuss potential implications throughout, and share and learn about other ongoing fisheries projects in the GTMNERR.
